You don't get a soap-opera worthy bod by sitting around. Joy Bisco (Casey) notes that her co-stars put their breaks to good use. "A lot of people work out during their downtime. There's not a gym on the set, but people bring in their own things. Erin [Hershey-Presley, Alison] us a Tae Bo freak! She has some really good kicks, too. You think she's all sweet and innocent, but she can fire it up!"
